Sunrise Scraps - at Berry Sweet Scraps

Sunrise Scraps is a new designer over at Berry Sweet Scraps (I think she joined about May 1), so I have done some promotional layout work for her (since she doesn't have her own Creative Team yet!)
I really enjoyed working with her kits, and like the results that I got.  Here's what I have done so far.

RELAY FOR YOU

The proceeds from this kit are being donated to Gail's Relay for Life team!  You can find it here in her Berry Sweet Scraps store (link)

Here's may layout from the Lone Star Relay for Life - Greater Ft Hood area - April 2001.  My sister, niece, and I supported MOM in the Survivor's Walk on the first day of the Relay!  I really love the color palette used in this kit!

The next kit I worked with was her kit called

PEACE

Love these colors too!  In my opinion you just can't beat lime green with any other color!!! Find it at Berry Sweet Scraps (link)

And here's my layout featuring great nephews Blake and Chase on a recent shopping expedition with their mom Julie!

I enjoyed creating my own alpha using one of the papers in the kit for this one - Font is called JuneBug (CU ok) and it comes with a solid and an outline!  How cool is that?

Next came a brand new kit for Sunrise Scraps called

WINTER'S DAY

I love the little dangling snowflake elements she made.  Find it at Berry Sweet Scraps

Snow is so rare here in Texas, I just have to make the most of what photos I do have ... here's my layout from the winter of 2010.

Do you see those snowflakes hanging in my "windows" - that's the kind of snow we typically see here in Texas!

The next kit on my agenda was her

ESSENCE OF AUTUMN

kit available at Berry Sweet Scraps

Her papers in this collection are just DELICIOUS - like the onw I put on the top of the stack in my layout.  The color palette is just absolutely rich, and it highlighted my Queen butterfly photos from Zilker Gardens so well!

Just one more layout for Sunrise Scraps - this one for her kit called

DADDY AND ME

available at Berry Sweet Scraps

I have always adored this series of photos that I took of my nephew Bryan and his newborn daughter Gaby when they came to visit Great Grandma (my mom) the first time.  Gaby was about 15 days old.  There is a portrait in the background of one of the photos in my layout.  The couple are (were) my mom's father's parents.  They seem to be watching over Bryan and his new sweet daughter.  Bryan is 6th generation from them, Gaby is 7th!

I'll be back soon with more layouts I've done recently, but I need to go take a walk (if it's not too HOT out there) I've been sitting too long!
